By accessing or using the services provided by Codxie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Services Overview
Codxie offers digital services including but not limited to software development, AI solutions, web development, and related consulting. The scope of each project will be defined in a separate agreement.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all communications and project requirements.
- You must not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access we provide to project tools or portals.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and deliverables produced by Codxie during the project remain the property of Codxie until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership of agreed-upon deliverables is transferred to the client.
5. Payments & Billing
- Payments are required based on agreed milestones or stages of delivery.
- We accept payments via PayPal for international clients and Razorpay for Indian clients.
- All transactions are processed securely. We do not store any payment card details on our servers.
- Any additional taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Our Refund Policy governs any cancellations, deposits, and refund eligibility. Clients are encouraged to review that policy before engaging services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Codxie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We strive to maintain high standards, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free output.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these terms or engages in unethical or illegal activities. Any outstanding payments must still be settled.
9. Modifications to Terms
Codxie may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
