- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project slot. This covers initial planning and resource allocation.
- If the project is canceled within 48 hours of payment and no work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Once work has started, no refunds will be issued for time spent or deliverables completed.
- If a project is paused or delayed by the client for more than 30 days without communication, we reserve the right to close the project. Any further work will require a new agreement.
2. Revisions and Satisfaction
- We offer unlimited revisions as outlined in your project agreement.
- If you are unhappy with the project's direction, we encourage early communication so we can make the necessary adjustments.
- Refunds are not applicable in cases of change of mind.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
- In rare cases, we may offer a partial refund at our sole discretion if:
- We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope within a reasonable timeframe, and
- You, as the client, have met all responsibilities (such as providing timely feedback, resources, and approvals).
